The first call
Know thefeeling?

You are sitting in front of a mountain of challenges and there is no clear way through. You have thought it all out, turned over every idea, and the answer still will not come. Most of the time you stand there alone, because everyone around you is fighting their own battle. Or worse: they are all looking at you as though you were the answer to everything.
You don’t need another presentation. You need the right answer – and sometimes the right person to make it happen.
That is where fabulous X comes in. We listen, challenge, connect the dots and bring in people we genuinely trust. No big machinery. No standard solution. Just the right people around the table and a clear focus on getting things done.
We sat inyour chair.
We know what it feels like to carry responsibility, make uncomfortable decisions and deliver when things are not going according to plan. We have spent more than 25 years doing exactly that.
Sometimes we have the answer ourself. Sometimes we know exactly who should be in the room. Usually, it is a combination of both.
fabulous X is not another consulting company. Think of us as a sparring partner, connector and someone who stays involved until we have actually moved the needle.

One conversation.Five ways forward.
Put the challenge on the table. It doesn’t need to be perfectly defined. That’s part of the conversation. We figure out what is really needed – and then we bring together the right setup to solve it.
- 01
A consulting mandate
Some challenges need more than advice. Together with trusted consulting partners, we build the right team around the problem and stay close to the implementation. The goal isn’t another deck. The goal is a result.
- 02
The right interim executive
Sometimes you don’t need six months of recruiting. You need someone next week who has done this before. We connect you with experienced interim executives we know and trust – people who can walk in, understand the situation quickly and get moving.
- 03
A permanent hire
The right person can change a business. The wrong one can cost you a year. For key leadership roles, we work with people in our network we trust and bring you candidates we would seriously consider hiring ourself.
- 04
At your side through M&A
M&A gets complicated quickly – strategically, commercially and personally. We can support you throughout the process, bring in the right specialists where needed and stay close from the first conversation through to the deal.
- 05
Long-term partnerships
Sometimes the best partnerships start with one connection.
We connect companies, people and ideas where we see a genuine fit – whether they are already part of our network or should become part of it.
Sometimes that means bringing a partner’s solution to the right people. Sometimes it means introducing two sides that simply should know each other. And sometimes that first introduction becomes a completely new partnership and creates new business for everyone involved.
We don’t just make introductions. When it makes sense, we stay involved, help shape the opportunity and turn a good connection into something that actually works.
Good people. Good fit. New opportunities. That’s the idea.
We only introducepeople we trust.
Over 25 years, you meet a lot of people. Some are good at selling themselves. Some are actually good. We care about the second group.
Our network comes from people we have worked with, built businesses with, solved problems with and sometimes gone through pretty difficult situations with. That’s why we know who we can call when something really matters.

You will never meet anyone we have not already worked with.
What the X stands for
The X is the unknown in the equation. The challenge is usually clear. The answer isn’t.
Sometimes X is a consultant. Sometimes an interim executive. Sometimes a new leadership hire, a specialist, a company, an investor, a door to open or simply one person you should talk to. Finding that X – and bringing the right people together – is what fabulous X is about.

Helge Weiss
Founder
I am a confidant, mirror, sparring partner, connector and operator at heart.
For more than 25 years I have worked in commercial and operational leadership roles, mainly across the TMT sector. I have built teams, transformed businesses, carried P&L responsibility, advised management teams and dealt with situations where there was no playbook.
Today I combine that experience with a network built over decades. Not a database. People I actually know. And when I believe someone can make a difference, I make the connection.

What you can count on
Commitment and drive
When I take a goal on, it is mine until it is reached.
Active involvement
In the room for the hard meetings, not on the phone after them.
Partnership built on trust
Beside you as a partner, not above you as an adviser.
Loyalty that lasts
The relationship does not end with the invoice.
People whovouch for me.
“Helge does not sell you a process. He listens, and two days later you are talking to exactly the right person.”

I have called him with problems that had no clean category. He never once passed me to someone he did not fully trust.
Glenn DeitersManaging Director, Clear Cube
What sets him apart is that he remains engaged long after the introduction. Most stop there - for Helge, that is where the work truly begins.
Jan KuesterAccount Director, iQmetrix
Straightforward, fast, and solution-oriented from day one. You get his honest view — even if it costs him the deal. And btw, he’s great fun to work with.

Let's do epicfabuloussh*t.
Thirty minutes. No agenda, no deck, no invoice. You describe the situation, and we find out together whether there is something here. And we take it from there.
Let’s have a conversation.
